AITSPIN Professional Intelligence Masters Series (IV): Decision Making for AI

The AIT School of Professional Intelligence (AITSPIN) will host the fourth webinar in its Professional Intelligence Masters Series on Monday, 10 August 2026, at 7:00 PM ICT via Zoom.

Titled “Decision Making for AI,” the webinar will feature Dr. Ahmed T. Hammad, Data Science Consultant at Baffelan OÜ, Estonia.

Artificial intelligence is exceptionally good at identifying patterns. However, patterns and correlations alone do not explain why things happen. The webinar will explore the important distinction between correlation and causation—and why it matters whenever AI-generated insights are used to inform real-world decisions.

Dr. Hammad will examine how professionals and decision-makers can interpret patterns identified by AI more carefully, evaluate the evidence behind them and avoid drawing conclusions that the available data may not support.

The session follows the first three webinars in the series: “The Flip: Staying Human in an Algorithmic World,” “Grounding AI in Business Reality: From Program Management to Practical Transformation,” and “The Agentic Enterprise: Real Solutions, Real Careers.”

The webinar is open to professionals, students, educators and anyone interested in the practical and responsible use of artificial intelligence.
