AITSPIN Professional Intelligence Master’s Series (V): AI in the Organization by Meidy Fitranto

Buying or accessing AI technology is becoming easier. Making it work inside an organization is another matter.

That gap between what AI can do and what organizations are actually able to do with it will be the focus of the fifth AIT Professional Intelligence Masters Series webinar on Monday, 5 October 2026, at 7 PM ICT.

The session, “AI in the Organization: Between Capability and Expectation,” will feature Meidy Fitranto, Co-Founder & CEO of Nodeflux.

As organizations move quickly to adopt AI, expectations often run ahead of what can realistically be implemented. Technology may be available, but putting it to effective use can depend on people, processes, organizational readiness and a clear understanding of the problem being solved.

The webinar will look at what happens in that space between AI capability and organizational expectation. Why do some initiatives lose momentum after an enthusiastic start? What should organizations think about before launching an AI project? And what does it take to move from acquiring AI tools to actually using them in ways that matter?

These questions are increasingly relevant as AI becomes part of everyday professional and organizational decision-making.

The webinar is part of the AIT Professional Intelligence Masters Series, which brings practitioners and experts into conversations on how AI is changing organizations, professions and the way people work.
